아리조나 투바시티에서 원주민들을 섬기는 이영호, 이선옥 선교사입니다.

Greetings in our Lord Jesus Christ.
This is pastor Young & Sun Lee who're serving Native Americans in Tuba City Arizona.
2주간(아내는 7주)의 뉴저지 방문을 마치고 어제 29일 이곳으로 돌아왔습니다.
부재중에 우편통신과 플랙스탭 공항까지의 오가는 길 교통편을 도와준 준 형제에게 감사를 표하며 안팎으로 지켜주시고 인도해주신 하나님께 영광을 돌립니다.
또한 방문 중 저희들을 사랑으로 격려해주신 분들에게도 감사드립니다.
다음 소식은 성탄절 이후가 될 것인데 이참에 저희들과 함께 해주신 모든 분들, 가정, 교회 등께서 기쁜 성탄, 복된 연말연시 맞으시기를 축원합니다.
앞으로도 배전의 격려와 후원, 그리고 동역으로 함께 해주시기를 간절히 부탁드립니다.
새로 맞이하는 12월은 올 한 해를 정리하며 새로운 도전으로 새해를 맞을 준비를 감당하고자 합니다.
I just came back from NJ trip yesterday. Nov. 29, after 2 weeks (7 weeks for my wife) of visit.
Thanking Brother Jun who took care of mail communication and ride to the Flagstaff airport, we glorify our God for His protection and provision on our trip.
Also big thanks for those who welcomed us with love and encouragement.
Since the next communication would be after the Christmas, I'd like to express my best wishes and blessings for you, your families, churches who've been with us with prayers, supports, and co-laboring.
Please continue your encouragement, support, and ministry partnership.
We will be wrapping this year and prepare the coming year with new challenges in the month of December.
말씀 사역
살아 역사하시는 말씀의 능력에 의지하여 부족하나마 말씀을 나눌 때마다 몸부림치고 있습니다.
이번 달에는 출타 관계로 Bitter Springs Baptist Church와 Tuba City Presbyterian Church에서 각 한 번씩 말씀을 나눴습니다.

I am trying to do my best to share messages relying on the vital power of the Scripture.
Due to our trip to NJ, I just shared once each in Bitter Springs Baptist Church and Tuba City Presbyterian Church.
장마당사역
매 주 금요일 투바시티 야외시장에서 무료 침치료 및 성경 등의 신앙 학습 자료들을 배포합니다.
11월에는 투바시티 장마당에 두 번 출장했습니다.
이로써 올 한 해 치유사역이 막을 내리고 내년 2-3월까지 동계휴무(休務)로 접어들었습니다.
11월 누계=> 침사역 37, 성경사역 5
금년 누계=> 침사역 685, 성경사역 283
2019년 이후 총 누계=> 침사역 3762, 성경사역 1490
6월 이동진료차량 정비 문제로 세 주 결장한 것이 못내 아쉽습니다.
새해에는 출장의 기회를 좀 더 늘리기 위하여 노력할 생각입니다.
이를 위해서는 진료차량의 장거리 이동이 용이하지 않은 관계로 카옌타(70마일)나 호피(60마일) 등의 후보지에 우리 사역을 수용해줄 수 있는 기관/공간 확보가 필요합니다.
이 사역에 조그마한 섬김이 있다면 하나님께서 영광 받으시기를 바랍니다.
Outdoor Market Ministries
We do free acupuncture and Bible Ministry every Friday in Tuba City Outdoor Market.
We served 2 times in November in Tuba City.
So, the healing ministry in 2023 is completed as it is and got into the winter break until February or March 2024.
In November=> 37 Acupuncture, and 5 Bible Ministry
in 2023=> 685 Acupuncture, and 283 Bible Ministry
Running Total since 2019 => 3762 Acupuncture, and 1490 Bible Ministry
Sorry for missing 3 weeks in June due to the mechanical issues of the mobile clinic bus.
We will figure out how we may increase our ministry opportunity next year.
For this, we have to secure local organizations/spaces in Kayenta(70 miles) or Hopy(60 miles) since the long distant trip with mobile clinic bus is not easy.
May God be Glorified if there any service in our effort.
특별한 도전
이곳은 총체적인, 그러나 특히 평신도 및 목회 지도자의 숫자와 수준 결핍으로 어려움을 경험하고 있는 교회들이 많습니다.
이에 우리는 어떻게 이 사태에 대처해야 할 것인지 큰 도전을 느끼고 있습니다.
우선 할 수 있는 일들에 최선을 다하고 또한 현재로서는 벅차지만 해야 할 일들에 대해서는 기도하며 하나님의 인도하심을 기다릴 뿐입니다.
다음과 같은 몇 가지의 내용과 의미를 살펴보시고 많은 기도와 지원을 베풀어주시기 바랍니다.

기존 교재의 강화
새 교재 발간
현지사역자 지원 사역 재개
의료사역 확장
사무실/사역 공간 확보
동역자 확보
의료 등 여타 봉사사역을 복음사역으로 연결시킬 수 있는 사역 확보
현지 병원과 학교에서 근무하는 외부인들을 위한 사역 확보
단기 선교팀들을 효율적으로 현지에 적응시키기 등.
Special Challenges
There are many issues, but particularly lay and pastoral leadership issues in quantity and quality here in the local.
It is, therefore, our felt challenges of how we may respond to these issues.
We will do what we can do but pray and await God for those needed but out of our capacity.
