미국 원주민 보호구역 아리조나 투바시티에서 원주민들을 섬기는 이영호, 이선옥 선교사입니다.

Greetings in our Lord Jesus Christ.
This is pastor Young & Sun Lee who're serving Native Americans in Tuba City Arizona.
이제는 해가 짧아지고 여전한 땡볕 속에서도 불어오는 바람이 시원합니다.
드디어 (가을이 왔다기보다) 여름이 지나갔습니다.
지나고 나면 별 거 아닌 거 같이 느껴지지만 9월도 만만치 않았습니다.
반복되는 정규 사역들이야 큰 변동 없지만 이러저런 일들이 닥쳐오고 지나갔고 또 다가옵니다.
한 가지 일들이 지나갈 때마다 저희들의 안전과 건강, 그리고 사역을 위해 참으로 많은 분들이 기도해주심을 절감하며 진심으로 감사드립니다.
귀한 기도에 누가 되지 않도록 최선을 다해야 할 것인데 많은 부족함에 더더욱 하나님의 은혜를 사모합니다.
The daytime is getting shorter, and even in the still blazing sun, the breeze feels cool.
Finally, summer has gone (rather than fall came).
It may seems like that nothing special after it's passed, but there were some burdensome issues in September.
While our regular, recurring ministries haven't changed much, various events have come, passed, and are approaching again.
With each passing event, I feel a deep sense of gratitude for the prayers of so many of you for our safety, health, and ministry.
I will do my best not to be a shame to those precious prayers, I yearn for God's grace even more in my many shortcomings.
목회 사역
9월 한 달간 네 번의 주일에 Bitter Springs Baptist Church에서 세 번 말씀을 전했습니다.
한 번은 뉴저지 방문 중에 딸의 가족이 출석하는 교회에서 함께 예배드렸습니다.
9월 27일 뉴욕의 한 교회 선교팀과 Zoom으로 소통하는 도중 Bitter Springs Baptist Church 사역에 관해 이야기를 나눴는데 그 내용을 당 교회 교우들에게 전하며 많은 위로와 격려를 받았습니다.
마지막 주일에는 로마서 이후 마태복음으로 넘어가기 전 신앙생활의 기초에 관해 소개하고 그 첫 내용을 함께 나눴습니다.

소개 삼아 아래에서 두 번째 게시물인 Four Gospels를 짚어봤습니다.
투바시티 장로교회 건물에서 사용하던 창고 공간을 비워달라는 요구를 받았습니다.
현재 준비 중이며 주께서 힘주시는 대로 잘 감당할 수 있을 것으로 믿습니다.
차제에 지난 13년 동안 쌓인 사역의 보따리들을 정리해야겠다는 생각을 하는 한편, 앞으로의 십 년을 어떻게 불사를 것인지 기도하며 탐구중입니다.
연약한 저희들을 여러 모로 도우시는 성령님의 역사에 감사드립니다.
PASTORAL MINISTRY
During the month of September, I preached three times at Bitter Springs Baptist Church on four Sundays.
Once, while visiting New Jersey, I attended a service with my daughter's family at their church.
On September 27th, while communicating via Zoom with a mission team from a church in New York, we talked about the ministry in Bitter Springs Baptist Church.
Sharing our zoom talk with the local congregation, We experienced much comfort and encouragement.
Last Sunday, we discussed the Basics of the Christian life and faith before moving on to the Gospel of Matthew after Romans, I shared the first part of this message.

I have been asked to vacate the storage space we've been using in the Tuba City Presbyterian Church.
I am currently preparing, and I believe we can handle it as the Lord strengthens us.
While we are considering clearing out the baggages of ministry which has been accumulated over the past 13 years, we are also praying and exploring how we may burn up our resources in the next ten years.
We are grateful for the work of the Holy Spirit who helps us in our weakness in so many ways.
장마당사역: 무료 침치료 및 문서사역
9월 한 달간 뉴저지 출장으로 한 번 결장, 세 번 출장하여, 침치료 39회, 문서선교 9건을 감당했습니다.
숫자는 6년 전, 사역 초기보다 많이 줄었지만 영리사업이 아니니만치 모든 분들에게 정성을 기울임으로 감사할 뿐이며 각 방문자들에게 하나님의 은총이 함께 하시기를 간구합니다.

MARKET MINISTRY with Free Acupuncture and Booklet Ministry
In the month of September I canceled one due to New Jersey trip and did three market ministries, and served 39 acupuncture treatments and 9 booklet ministries in three services.
It is much less than the beginning of this ministry 6 years ago but thankful for making our service sincere since it is not to make any financial profit.
So, we pray that God be with all those individual visitors.
